Via a credential evaluation service - Required for certain transcripts* The average GPA of our accepted applicants is 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. *If your GPA is not on a 4.0 scale, you must request a Course by Course evaluation. Personal Statement: Statement of Purpose:Please answer the following questions in your Statement of Purpose (answers are required for each question within the ApplyYourself application): What is your objective in pursuing a master’s degree that is focused on software product innovation? How has your background (education and career) prepared you to be a leader in a dynamic team-based, project environment? Describe your contributions to a recent, non-trivial software development project. Recommendation Letter: Three (3) Letters of Recommendation Recommender contact information should be entered in ApplyYourself. Recommenders are provided with a link to answer questions and upload a letter to your ApplyYourself application. Letters are typically submitted by professors, work supervisors, or mentors who you have studied with, worked for or partnered with and who know you, your skills, strengths and capabilities. The Admissions Committee prefer recommendations from individuals who can offer insight into your performance outside of the classroom environment. As a professional master's program, work experience, project experience, team work, leadership skills, etc. are highly valued.
