Official transcripts or documents are defined as materials issued by your institution in a sealed envelope. Please request you institution to mail the following:

One [1] official final transcript showing completion of the degree. The final transcript must list the degree earned. If the transcript does not list the degree earned, you must also include a certificate of graduation.
