Contact all post-secondary institutions attended and request your official, original academic records or transcripts be submitted one of two ways:
Institution electronically submit transcripts via Parchment, E-scrip or Scriptsafe to transfer@admissions.ufl.edu.
Mailed directly to:

If mailed, transcripts must be received in a sealed, signed envelope which you forward, unopened, to our office.
If you are an alumnus of the University of Florida, we can retrieve your UF transcripts internally.
If transcripts are in a language other than English, a certified, literal translation must be provided. Copies of transcripts and diplomas are acceptable for international applicants. If admitted to the MBA program, original transcripts and diplomas will need to be provided upon request.

Recommendation Letter:
Two letters of professional recommendation are required. Letters should not be submitted by friends, relatives, or former professors. If the applicant knows a current UF MBA student or alum, they can serve as a recommender by providing a brief endorsement directly to a UF MBA Admissions representative.
UF MBA is an early adopter of the Common Letter of Recommendation (LOR) with the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). In hopes of simplifying your application process, this will provide recommenders with one set of standard questions on a form that will soon be adopted by most MBA programs. The Common LOR should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
These should be submitted directly from the recommender to the UF MBA office in one of two ways:
