A scanned copy (PDF) of a transcript from each post-secondary institution attended should be uploaded in the online application system. The scanned copy does not need to be in color, but must be legible.

Personal Statement:
The statement of purpose is an important part of your application and should be a clear statement of the anthropological questions or problems that interest you and should also provide information about why you would like to pursue graduate study in Anthropology at Emory.
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation are required for the application. We strongly suggest that recommenders submit their letters through the online application system
Writing Sample:
The writing sample may be a course paper, senior thesis, or other report or publication of your choice.
