众叛亲离了？韩国人带头起诉三星！.

　　SEOUL, Oct. 24 -- Hundreds of South Korean owners of Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Note 7 smartphone on Monday filed their first class-action lawsuit here, with the number expected to rise every month.

　　首尔，10月24日--本周一，韩国数百Note 7机主齐聚首尔，对三星发起第一次团体诉讼，而预计原告人数每个月都将继续增加。

　　Harvest Law, a local law firm which represents Note 7 buyers, filed a class-action lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court, demanding Samsung pay each buyer about 500,000 won (about 440 U.S. dollars) in damages for inconveniences they experienced in the recall process, according to local media reports.

　　据媒体报道，韩国当地一家名为“Harvest Law”的律师事务所代表Note 7机主在首尔中央地区法院对三星发起团体诉讼，就三星在手机召回中给机主们带来的不便损失一事索赔，要求给每个机主赔偿50万韩元(约合440美元)。

　　It marked the country’s first Note 7-related lawsuit, in which the law firm collected 527 owners of the troubled Samsung device.

　　这是韩国国内发生的第一起有关Note 7的法律诉讼，共有527名Note 7机主委托该律师事务所对三星发起诉讼。

　　The number is forecast to rise as the law firm plans to collect Note 7 owners who will join the damages claim in the last week of every month online.

　　参加团体诉讼的人数预计还会继续增加，因为该律师事务所计划在每个月最后一周的时候，在网上召集更多的Note 7机主来对三星索赔。

　　Note 7 owners here demanded compensation for waste of time and anxiety felt while using the fire-prone phone.

　　Note 7机主们的主要索赔理由是该手机浪费了他们的时间，还造成了他们的焦虑。

　　The owners claimed they visited retail store four times to purchase the device at the very first, get battery checked, exchange the faulty phone with a replacement one and swap it with other smartphones in the end following the company’s decision to discontinue the model.

　　据机主们声称，他们一共到零售店去了4次，分别是：第一次买手机的时候、检测电池、替换一台新Note 7、以及由于三星决定不再继续生产Note 7机主们不得不赶到零售店更换另外的手机。

　　In the meantime, they were required to download a program that limits the battery capacity to 60 percent and to reinstall all of applications for exchanged devices.

　　与此同时，机主们还被要求下载一个软件来将电池电力控制在60%的水平，而且要想更换手机他们还必须重新安装所有应用软件。

　　Samsung announced its global recall in early September, just two weeks after its debut as scores of the devices catching on fire or overheating were reported globally.

　　九月上旬，由于全球发生的起火和过热等问题，三星宣布在全球对Note 7进行召回，而此时距这台手机问世不过才2周的时间。

　　The South Korean tech behemoth finally decided to permanently end production and sales of the fire-prone device as more reports of overheating came even from replacement phones.

　　由于甚至替换过后的手机也频频发生过热事故，三星公司决定永远停止对Note 7的再生产和销售。
