澳大利亚9月1日起走路玩手机要被罚款

　　从9月1日起，澳大利亚墨尔本CBD将有警察对乱穿马路和过马路时玩手机的人进行“盯梢”，这也是“Don't Do Your Dash”计划的一部分。(立即咨询)

　　据Transport Accident Commission数据显示，今年到目为止，行人死亡数量已经激增了30%。

　　警察将主要监督不好好过马路的人，尤其是在红绿灯和tram车站的行人。被抓到的不守交规的、或者不好好走路的行人，将被处以74澳元的罚款。警探Mark Rose说：“我们不希望有行人在过马路的时候因为一些不必要的小事情受伤或者死亡。”

　　那么到底怎么样规避违规的行为呢?澳际留学专家介绍以下行为是属于“行人违规”：

　　·穿越黄色和红色路口交通灯 cross against an amber or red traffic light

　　·穿越黄色和红色人行道交通灯 cross against an amber or red pedestrian light

　　·在斑马线20米之内横穿马路 cross the road within 20 metres of a pedestrian crossing

　　·从电车下车后没有穿越最近的路边 fail to cross to the nearest edge of the road after getting off a tram

　　·不遵守警察的交通指示 fail to obey a traffic instruction from a police officer

　　·没有采用最近最直接的方法穿越马路 fail to use the shortest or most direct route across a road

　　·从尚在移动的车上下车 get out of from a moving vehicle

　　·沿着自行车道走路或者不给自行车道让路 walk along or fail to give way when crossing a bicycle path

　　·不正确走路(比如面对来车不靠边走路) walk improperly on a road (by not keeping to the far side facing oncoming traffic when walking along a road where it is not practicable to use the footpath or nature strip)

　　·强行穿越道口 cross a level crossing when not permitted

　　·不遵守“”行人莫入 标志 disobey a ‘no pedestrian’ sign.

　　·抢道驾驶员的行驶轨迹导致车祸 cause a traffic hazard by moving into the path of a driver
